Communicating your child’s day

As a form of communication, we have adopted the use of the Parenta Dayshare app.

You will be able to read about all of the important parts of their day such as nappy changing, feeding and sleeping, not to mention letting you know about the exciting learning they have experienced. Where possible, photos of your child will also be sent. We endeavour to update the app throughout the day, however taking care of our children takes priority and therefore updates will only be made at quieter times through the day. Updates will be made by the end of the day.

Learning Updates

Each room will plan a range of interactive and engaging activities, incorporating the values, ethos and skills of the Curriculum for Wales. Progress and development will be monitored through ongoing observations during play.

A development profile will be filled out throughout their time at nursery and a log of their activities will be uploaded to your child’s online Parenta Dayshare account.

Room Reports are written on each room transition throughout their time at nursery so that you can see the progress your child is making.
