Chunky Monkeys Animal YOGA  


It is important for young children to learn basic skills in order to do well in school and life. One such skill is learning how to focus and concentrate their attention. Chunky Monkeys simple and fun animal yoga poses can help children focus and also to relax tension that often builds up in a child’s busy day.


During Chunky Monkeys Yoga lessons our nursery nurses lead the children through creative stories and exciting adventures that stimulate their imagination. Whilst enjoying a variety of safe postures, the children sing songs, play games and work together. Our yoga poses involve a wonderful combination of stretches, back arches, forward bends, twists and balances.
